Text Box: General Maintenance Paint the inside of the Health Center, both the living quarters, and the clinic area. Cost for paint:  $100 to $125 dollars. Rollers and brushes are needed.                              **** Paint the outside of the Youth Building and the outside of the Bible Building. Cost of paint for both buildings:  $250 to $300. Rollers and brushes are needed.  If someone is willing to spray paint both buildings, the cost will be reduced.                              **** Repaint floors and shower stalls in South Restroom. Cost for concrete paint:  $300 to $350.                              **** Tear down Baher Cabin, and section of the old dining hall kitchen. We would like these done before or during Memorial Day weekend.                              **** Brick work and repair of the NE basement corner of the old dining hall (now the Maintenance Building).  Experience in brick work needed.                              **** Finish drywall and paint job on the restroom in the nursery of the Tabernacle.                              **** Reseal floor in the Tabernacle.  Cost:  $500 to $650.     Text Box: Capital Improvements Remodel the inside of the old Conference Building and replace the roof.  We want to divide it into three useable rooms, for staff and additional rental units. Cost:  $1500 to $2000                              **** Purchase and finish fence around the east restroom drain field.   Cost:  $350 to $450                              **** Add restrooms with showers to basement of lower level of the dining hall to turn the dining hall into winter lodge.   Cost:  $15,000 to $16,000
